About us

Our History

Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading (EGC) was founded in 1992 by Jeff and Elaine Pangallo, whose shared vision and dedication built the foundation of the program. For years, Elaine coached alongside Jeff, pouring into young athletes and helping shape the early identity of EGC. Though she eventually stepped away from coaching, she continued serving the gym in other capacities until 2024, and her impact on EGC’s formative years will always be appreciated.

Jeff continued to lead the gym for over three decades, transforming it into a place where children not only developed gymnastics skills, but character, confidence, discipline, and grit. Before opening EGC, Jeff lived a life marked by drive and service—competing in basketball through high school, college, and into his military career. He served 15 total years in the U.S. Army—eight in the Infantry and seven in Aviation—rising to the rank of Major. Those experiences shaped the backbone of EGC’s philosophy:
work hard, work smart, and work together.

A New Chapter

In 2022, Meagan Peacock returned to EGC as a coach—years after Jeff had given her her very first coaching job in 2007. Coming from a more traditional gymnastics environment with longer training hours, Meagan initially struggled to adjust to Jeff’s shorter, highly efficient training model.

But Jeff pushed her, challenged her, and encouraged her to trust the process. In her second year back, he handed Meagan the reins of the competition program, and the results quickly spoke:

Since Meagan’s return, the Enterprise Aerials have won State three years in a row — 2022, 2023, and 2024 — proving that Jeff’s unique training philosophy, paired with Meagan’s leadership, creates strong athletes, strong teams, and strong results.

To date, EGC has earned 18 State Championships and 13 State Runner-Up finishes—a legacy made possible not only by great leadership, but also by our incredible team coaches, whose dedication, loyalty, and belief in our athletes are essential to every success. At EGC, we win together.

Passing the Torch

In 2025, after 32 years of serving the Enterprise community, Jeff officially sold EGC to Meagan. What he built, she now carries forward—honoring his standards, his heart, and his legacy while continuing to grow the program and expand its impact.

Jeff’s favorite part of coaching will always be remembered in his own words:

“Watching kids become strong kids.
Watching strong kids become teammates.
Watching teammates become warriors.
Watching warriors become champions.”

And even though the torch has been passed, you can still find Jeff at the front desk—drinking the good coffee, greeting every family like an old friend, and giving Meagan a hard time, because some traditions are just too special to retire.

The Legacy Continues

Today, under Meagan’s direction, Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading remains exactly what it was founded to be:
a place where young athletes are built from the inside out—strong in body, confident in spirit, and fearless in the pursuit of their goals.

The legacy is alive.
The mission continues.
And the best is still ahead.
