Our BabyGym program is a fun and playful 30-minute introductory gymnastics class designed for our youngest movers. With the guidance of a parent or caregiver, little ones explore movement in a safe and engaging environment while building confidence, coordination, and body awareness. Athletes are introduced to the basics of gymnastics through age-appropriate stations that include tumbling, balance, climbing, and locomotor skills.

This class encourages bonding, social interaction, and early skill development while helping children learn to follow simple directions and become comfortable in a class setting. BabyGym is the perfect first step into the world of gymnastics and a fun way to prepare for our independent KinderGym program.
