Parent Handbook & Policies

Welcome to Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading! We are excited to have your family as part of our gym. Please review the following policies carefully. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these policies.


Registration

A valid debit or credit card is required to remain enrolled in our programs.


Annual Registration Fee

$40 annual registration fee will be charged upon enrollment for each athlete.

For families with multiple athletes, a $40 account credit will be applied to each additional athlete’s registration fee, resulting in one $40 annual registration fee per family.

Military families will receive a $20 account credit toward the annual registration fee.


Tuition & Billing

  • Tuition is automatically drafted on the 1st of each month.
  • Tuition reserves your athlete’s spot in class and is not based on attendance.
  • A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
  • Any outstanding balance may result in suspension from class until the account is current.

Withdrawal Policy

15-day written notice is required to withdraw from any class or program.

Verbal notice or non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal.

Tuition remains due until the required notice period has been fulfilled.


Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Tuition is non-refundable once drafted.
  • Camps, clinics, and special events are non-refundable unless cancelled by Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading.

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

  • Tuition pays for your child’s reserved spot, not individual class attendance.
  • Make-up classes are offered based on availability.
  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed and have no cash value.

Dress Code

  • Hair must be secured away from the face.
  • No jewelry during class.
  • Leotards or athletic clothing that allows safe movement are required.
  • Water bottles are encouraged.
  • No gum, food, or drinks on the gym floor.

Parent Expectations

Parents are welcome to observe from designated viewing areas.

To provide the best learning environment, please do not coach, distract, or communicate with your athlete during class.

Questions should be directed to the office or coaching staff before or after class.


Athlete Expectations

Athletes are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches and teammates.
  • Listen and follow directions.
  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
  • Treat equipment with care.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.

Safety

Safety is always our highest priority.

Coaches determine when an athlete is ready to safely perform or compete a skill.


Illness Policy

Please keep your athlete home if they have:

  • Fever
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Any contagious illness

Athletes should be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning.


Weather Closures

Weather-related closures will be communicated through Facebook, email, text message, and the Parent Portal.


Photography

Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading may photograph or record classes, camps, competitions, and events for promotional purposes. Families wishing to opt out should notify the office in writing.


Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, communicate with families, process payments, and ensure athlete safety.

Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading does not store full credit card information.

We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law or to provide services related to your enrollment.
