Our Competitive Team program follows the USAG Compulsory Levels 1–5 and is designed for gymnasts who are ready for a higher level of commitment, focus, and technical development. This invite-only program is for athletes who demonstrate strong fundamentals, a positive work ethic, and a desire to compete.

Team athletes train on vault, bars, beam, and floor, building confidence, strength, flexibility, and proper technique through structured training plans and disciplined progressions. Gymnasts will learn compulsory routines, develop mental toughness, and gain valuable experience performing in front of judges and crowds.

We are proud to be State Champions in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and we look forward to continuing that tradition of excellence as we develop driven, disciplined, and confident athletes.

Practice hours will be posted after tryouts in December.
Selected athletes will start training minimum of 4.5 hours per week and represent Enterprise Gymnastics & Cheerleading throughout the competitive season.

This program is ideal for motivated gymnasts who are ready to set goals, work hard, support their teammates, and take pride in being part of a competitive team environment.
